#mecooking Spaghetti Bolognese

A month without sweet drinks
A month without rice

It's not just about diet, it's about trying to stay healthy.
I hope this is a start towards our healthy living.
Been eating a lot of 'sweetness' and 'fatness' and being comfortable with it for so long.

It's time for me to start cooking too! Hahaa..


Day 1 : Spaghetti Bolognese

Tak berapa menjadi dietnya bila Encik Suami makan bertambah sampai 3 pinggan. Adess!


Bahan-bahan:

1 paket spageti (direbus hingga lembut)
400gm daging kisar halus (mincemeat)
1 tin cendawan butang (dihiris nipis)
1 batang lobak merah (dipotong dadu)
1 biji capsicum hijau (dipotong dadu)
2 biji tomato muda (dipotong dadu)
2 labu bawang besar (dipotong dadu)
4 biji tomato (dikisar) - I use 1 tin Prego
4 sudu makan cili kisar
1 ulas bawang putih (dicincang halus)
1 sudu teh serbuk lada hitam
1 cawan sos tomato
1/2 cawan air
3 sudu makan minyak masak
1 sudu makan serbuk oregano kering
1 pokok daun parsli (dicincang halus)
Garam secukup rasa

Tapi kalau takde mana-mana bahan di atas, guna saja apa yang ada di dapur. Terlupa beli lobak merah, daun parsli, tomato muda. Jadi tak masukkan pun. Nak lauk lebih letak sosej yang dihiris nipis. Nak pedas tambah cili padi.

Cara Membuat:

1.  Panaskan minyak. Kemudian tumis bawang besar dan bawang putih. Goreng hingga wangi.
2.  Masukkan cili kisar dan kacau rata sehingga pecah minyak. Kemudian masukkan daging kisar dan kacau rata. 
3.  Masukkan sos tomato, sayur-sayuran yang dipotong, cendawan butang, garam, air dan serbuk lada hitam.
4.  Kacau rata dan dibiarkan sehingga pecah minyak.
5.  Angkat dan tuangkan di atas spageti. 
6.  Taburkan serbuk oregano kering dan hiris daun parsli.

Senang dan sekejap je masak!
