#mecooking Baked Beans and Scrambled Eggs


I survived the second day of our mission. My husband didn't! Hahaa..


Day 3 : Baked Beans and Scrambled Eggs

My husband had 2 pinggan. Hmm..


Bahan-bahan:

1 tin kacang panggang
10 batang sosej (dipotong pendek)
1 sudu makan minyak masak
1/2 cawan sos tomato
1 tin cendawan butang (dihiris)
1 biji capsicum hijau (dipotong dadu)
1 biji capsicum merah (dipotong dadu)
1 labu bawang besar (dipotong dadu)
Garam secukup rasa

Cara Membuat:

1.  Panaskan minyak. Tumiskan bawang besar sehingga wangi.
2.  Masukkan sosej dan gorengkan sehingga garing.
3.  Masukkan sos tomato dan cendawan butang. Kacau rata.
4.  Kemudian masukkan kacang panggang, capsicum merah dan hijau. Gaul sehingga rata.
5.  Hidangkan bersama roti bakar ataupun roti bawang putih (garlic bread).
